The last days of our civilization have finally come…
They came without warning. The skies filled with shapes no human eye had ever been meant to see, and in the silence that followed the first sightings, the world understood that nothing would ever be the same again.
Will the resistance be able to save what's left of humanity? They have a plan, but will it work? And how many lives will be lost in the fight for freedom?
"In the end, it was not the size of the enemy fleet that terrified them most. It was the silence. The terrible, patient silence of something that had waited this long and could wait a little longer."

From the Creative Log
Mac says about this album:
"Being a fan of both science fiction and ufology, though I haven't decided yet what I believe these objects are, it goes without saying that any film featuring UFOs has a good chance of winning my heart, or at least delighting me for a couple of hours.
Films such as Earth vs. the Flying Saucers (1956) and Close Encounters of the Third Kind (1977), as well as works like the first V mini-series (which started out as a magnificent and direct metaphor for totalitarian regimes, before being completely
ruined when turned into a ridiculous series light years away from the original concept) can easily be seen as the soil that fed this project.
The first single in this series, "The Price to Pay," was taken from this album."
