You don't have to be young and handsome to travel through space and start over on some distant planet…
All it takes is courage, confidence, and love. They had watched the young ones leave for years, full of fire and ambition, chasing glory across the stars. But there is another kind of departure. Quieter.
Deeper. The kind that only becomes possible after a lifetime spent learning what truly matters.
Two people. A rocket. A distant world where no one knows their names or their history. Just the vast silence of space, and each other... and perhaps a faithful companion along for the journey.
"They were not running away from life. They were running toward what was left of it, and they were doing it together, on their own terms, under a sky full of unfamiliar stars."

From the Creative Log
Mac says about this album:
"One day I was in town and for some reason I started observing the older couples strolling in the sun along the promenade (my town is on one of the largest lakes in Italy)
and wondering what their lives had been like, how many joys and painful moments they had faced together, how much of their time had been dedicated to their children and grandchildren.
I thought it would be wonderful if they could simply move somewhere away from all the duties and obligations that were going to consume the last part of their lives. A fresh start,
dedicating their remaining years entirely to each other after everything they had been through together. That's what made me record this album.
The opening track, "Land of Forever," also became the second Scientifiction single."
