Adam never had an easy relationship with his father, who frowned upon his decision to join the Techno City Police instead of following in his footsteps and becoming a scientist. Two men, two visions of the world, separated by pride as much as by choice.
But when the old scientist is kidnapped by a criminal organization trying to force him to reveal classified information, Adam does not hesitate. He abandons his badge and steps into the neon-soaked underworld of Techno City, ready to fight the organization's clones and androids by any means necessary, legal or otherwise.
Will he find his father in time? And if he does, will two stubborn men finally find their way back to each other?

Mac says about this album:
"The concept behind this album very clearly grew out of a single from another album: "Midnight City," taken from Power Gamma. Both visually and musically centered on synthwave atmospheres,
this work might seem out of place in the Scientifiction series with its predominantly retro themes. However, I feel that while it is certainly something of a departure, it isn't as distant as it might appear.
After all, retro-futuristic atmospheres are not so far from synthwave's future-retroistic, to coin a term, sensibility. One invented a future that mostly never came to be; the other, a past that mostly never was. Not quite
the same game, perhaps, but a similar ballpark."
