These are the characters from an anime series (Japanese cartoon) called "Ufo Robot Grendizer" (Atlas Ufo Robot/Goldrake here in Italy, Goldorak in France and other places). This beautiful series landed on the Italian tv screens in 1978 and changed the lives of many people forever. As somebody wrote on a fan's website, "Without Goldrake none of us would have been the same". It is true, or at least for me it definitely is. This series and many others similar to this one taught me a very great deal about life, values, friendship, universal love, good and evil... they really helped establish a lot of the moral priciples that guide me even today. They've also given me imagination, colors, fantasy, all very important things when you have to survive in a grey world. I've chosen Ufo Robot to represent all those series and all the people behind them from whom I've absorbed all the positive values I have: thank you all.
